About Erin

Hello, I am Erin, your friendly neighborhood Athletic Therapist. My practice is located in Lethbridge, Alberta. I have been a Certified Athletic Therapist since 2017, and a Fascial Stretch Therapy Provider since 2019.

I enjoy playing in the dirt in my backyard vegetable garden, and will take any opportunity to go hiking, snowboarding, Olympic weightlifting or rock climbing. I am curious about trying new active endeavors, and currently that consideration is around learning kayaking or fly fishing.

I grew up on a farm north of Calgary, and soon called Lethbridge home after finishing University. I started out at the University of Lethbridge for an Exercise Science undergraduate degree, and followed this with an Advanced Certificate in Athletic Therapy from Mount Royal University in Calgary.

I have personally participated in CrossFit and rock climbing, which have become special interests of mine as a practitioner. I also really enjoy working with retired individuals who are rediscovering what their body can do.
