What to bring

  1. ​​Clothing that you can move comfortably in, and allows room to expose joints that would need to be assessed (examples - leggings that roll above the knee, or a tank top/sports bra that allows for a shoulder assessment.)
  2. Any medical documents relevant to your case (examples - letter from referring practitioner, reports from diagnostic tests or imaging, report from a recent surgery)
  3. Gratitude and an open mind! Give yourself a big thank you for taking a step closer to the goals you have, and be curious to find out what options you have move toward those goals.
